    Charges against a Bible study leader accused of groping women in Manhattan will be dismissed after security tapes and dinner receipts proved his alibi, his attorney said Saturday. Prosecutors saw security tapes and other evidence provided by Mvision, Karl Vanderwoude’s company, that proved the 26-year-old was at his Madison Ave. office firing away emails just before 2 p.m. on Feb. 27.

Chambers Street is a bi-directional street in the New York City borough of Manhattan. It runs from River Terrace, Battery Park City, in the west, past PS 234 and Stuyvesant High School to 1 Centre Street, the Manhattan Municipal Building‎, to the east. In the early 20th century the street continued through that building's archway. Between Broadway and Centre Street, Chambers Street forms the northern boundary of the grounds surrounding New York City Hall and the Tweed Courthouse. Opposite the Tweed Courthouse sits the New York Surrogate's Court for Manhattan. 280 Broadway the Marble Palace, lies west of there, on the north side of Chambers.
