That's why he bought Babe Ruthe's 1927 World Series Ring or a ball from the 1986 World Series, which he bought for $90000 in the 1990s. Now several sources reported that Sheen paid $230000 for Lawrence Taylor's Super Bowl XXV Ring from 1991. The ring was sold at SCP Auctions in Laguna Niguel, California, on Thursday. SCP Auctions was founded in 1979, and is one of the nation's largest auctioneers and private sellers of important sports memorabilia and cards.

However, many other countries just have a single collection society, with somewhat monopolistic tendencies.
