On top of his busy schedule that includes American Idol , hosting a radio show, and producing numerous reality hits for E!, the multi-hyphenate is creating his own television network! Seacrest is partnering with Mark Cuban to rebrand the already existing HDNET as AXS TV (in case you were wondering, it's pronounced "access").
