    1. For the dough: mix altogether to form a soft non sticky dough. Leave to rise for 1 hour.2. Roll dough on floured board about 1/2 inch thick, using a doughnut cutter, cut out the dough and leave rise double and then deep fry in hot oil till golden . Cool.3. Dip doughnut in white chocolate and sprinkle almonds flakes on top. Another option, you can dip in A and sprinkle  sugar colour beads, the kids will love it. Note : for remain white chocolate you can mix with ingredients A , which will harden as chocolate fudge.

    1.In a saucepan, mix together Nestlé Dahi, besan, salt and haldi. Add water to make a batter of pouring consistency, and mix well to remove any lumps.2.Cook on a high flame stirring continuously, till the mixture begins to leave the sides of the pan.3.Pour immediately on the marbled kitchen platform or on the back of a thali and spread evenly, using a palette knife/spatula to get a very thin sheet.     BAKE!Make the cake as directed on the box.  Usually you mix the wet ingredients together first then add the cake mix gradually and stir until smooth.Set the oven to the directed time on the cake mix box.Oil the cake pan and make sure you cover most of it well so the cake doesn't stick.Pour mix into pan.Bake until done.DECORATE!Once the cake is cooled, cut pieces of the cake into squares and rectangles.Make sure each piece is about an inch or so thick, this way the marshmallows will stick!Cut marshmallows in half and put frosting under each one and stick on the cake.Square pieces get 4 marshmallows, big rectangles get 6, and the small rectangles get 2.Now with the frosting, separate it into small bowls and add drops of food coloring into the frosting.Mix the frosting well and frost your blocks!Once ready, put into the fridge to chill.Serve and enjoy!
