    Indiana recently became the second state to approve a license plate for an LGBT cause, taking a cue from Maryland, which revealed a similar plate in 2009. Out of the 104 specialty license plates currently offered in Indiana, it’s the only one to support a gay organization, said Bureau of Motor Vehicles spokesman Graig Lubsen, in an interview with the Daily News.

A motor vehicle or road vehicle is a self-propelled wheeled vehicle that does not operate on rails, such as trains or trolleys.
