It all starts tomorrow at 10 a.m. at Penn Station with a ribbon cutting to commemorate three brand-new Hudson News/Dunkin' Donuts mashups on the building's Amtrak side; mascots Mr. Sprinkles, Hudsy the News Hound, and, um, Joe the Cup will dispense freebies from their variously shaped and sized foamy hands.
