Kim , Kourtney and Khloe , and Kris Jenner got all gussied up and headed off to do some promotional duties at the E! Network upfronts for “Keeping Up with the Kardashians.” And it sounds like Kim is losing patience with her preggers sister Kourtney- she tweeted, The excuses @KourtneyKardash blames on her pregnancy is unreal!
