Like most big internet companies, Google opposes them. But those two facts by themselves don't explain why, last Friday, News Corp. chairman Rupert Murdoch embarked on a series of Twitter posts accusing "piracy leader" Google of "plain stealing," hypocrisy and influence-buying on Capitol Hill.
