Tess is a two toed sloth at San Diego's Sea World. Two Toed Sloths are often confused with three toed Sloths, when in fact two genera are not closely related and that each adopted their arboreal lifestyles independently. Cuddly, a little smelly and very "grabby" (not crabby) AVA's STRANGE SLOTH FACT: Two toed Sloth's can take up to one month to digest a meal because of there very slow metabolism. Hosted by Student iReporter Ava von Lipinski Special Thanks to Sea World, San Diego
