The film is based on the TV soap opera from the 60's and 70's that was created by Dan Curtis. We liked this movie more than we wanted to. Roberta and I are not fans of 'scary' movies or vampires, but this film is not that scary. But it was surprisingly funny - especially if you are a child of the 70's.
