After Tallying First Votes, Egypt Plans Runoff Election

And, as expected, there will be a run-off between the two top vote-getters , Mohammed Morsi of the Muslim Brotherhood, and former Air Force Commander Ahmed Shafik, who was Hosni Mubarak's prime minister during last year's revolution.
