I'm such a fan of these books, as I've mentioned in previous posts, and I have really learned a lot. I have been learning so much about fat in our diets and the importance of it and the misconceptions associated with it. So many women have given into the idea that all fat is bad and being on a low-fat or non-fat diet is productive to their health.
