  • Acai berry extreme
Acai Detox Extreme is touted to be the most effective fat burning supplement. It's rich in antioxidant contents that help your body to flush out toxins with ease. According to Oxygen Radical Absorbance Capacity (ORAC) Test, this supplement surpasses popular anti-oxidant rich foods such as blueberry, apple and banana.
  • Steak Tartare
Traditionally, steak tartare is loaded with things like capers, onions, whole eggs, anchovies and mustard. Being a minimalist here is my pared down version. My favorite way to enjoy this raw delicacy is atop slices of toasted flatbread.Trim beef of any excess fat.Finely mince the beef and place in a bowl.Add egg yolk, oil and salt. Mix gently then serve.
  • Salsa Verde
Chop onion and pepper into chunks that the food processor can better handle.  Place all ingredients in the food processor and pulse to your desired consistency.  If you have a smaller food processor like me, you might want to do this in a few batches.  This next step is the hardest part as it involves waiting: place in bowl and cover with saran wrap, then place in the refrigerator to allow the flavors to blend for at least a half an hour.  Just add your favorite tortilla chips or on one of the above-mentioned foods and enjoy.
